Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled interns to join our team as Customer Relationship Interns. This role is ideal for candidates looking to develop hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and relationship management.

The internship program is our main recruitment process. Our goal is to help you to learn digital marketing by working on our own projects, and then become a part of our core team.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Strong writing skills in both Bangla and English • Proficiency in Bangla and English-speaking • Excellent communication skills • Research skills to better understand customer needs and industry trends • Presentation skills for delivering insights to the team

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification completed.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Respond promptly to customer queries professionally on the Facebook page & group. • Collect and analyze customer feedback, offering suggestions for improvement. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Internship Plan:

The internship will last for 03 months, 6 days a week. Office hours are from 10 AM – 6 PM.
There will be several sessions throughout the internship program to train you and help you build your skills.

Job Location:

In Office – Khilgaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
