The internship program is our main recruitment process. Our goal is to help you learn WordPress design, development & management by working on our own projects and then be a part of our core team.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Proficiency or willingness to learn WordPress.
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
Efficient in workload management.
Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
Understanding of SEO principles.
Basic copywriting skills (preferred).
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric approach.
Analytical thinking.
Adaptability and innovation.
Basic understanding of social media platforms.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Design website layouts and user interfaces.
Configure and maintain our current WordPress sites.
Work in WordPress to manage content, create documentation, and create blogs, articles, and pages.
Collaborate with our team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites on the WordPress platform.
Gather content for the website, including images, text, and other assets.
Research and create landing pages.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web design and digital marketing to suggest new ideas and strategies.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients as needed.

Internship Plan:

3-month internship, 6 days a week, 10 AM – 6 PM.

Job Location:

In Office – Khilgaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Saturday – Thursday: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
