Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital communication strategies to promote products/services and enhance brand awareness.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
Generate leads and drive sales through effective digital marketing techniques.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the project leader to develop sales strategies and align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and communication.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities, performance, and ROI.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Skill Requirements:

Anyone with basic digital marketing skills
Basic understanding of Social Media Platforms
Good Communication Skills in English and Bangla
Creative and Result driven
Managing workload with efficiency.

Internship Plan:

It will be a 03-month internship program.
During this time you have to work on different projects and on different marketing platforms.
There will be several sessions throughout the internship program to train you and help you build your skills.
You will be selected as a Permanent Digital Marketing Officer in Texort if you can carry the Internship program till the last phase with a good assessment result.

Job Location:

In Office – Khilgaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Saturday – Thursday: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
